and some pics from the historical last match ever played at the National Stadium between the Lions and the Indonesians...

All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go
I'm standing here outside your door
I hate to wake you up to say goodbye

But the dawn is breakin', it's early morn,
The taxi's waitin', he's blowin' his horn
Already I'm so lonesome I could die

So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go
Cause I'm leaving on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh babe, I hate to go

I've felt this way for sometime, that I'm increasingly disconnected from the people in my church. Was it because of the army? Was it due to my involvement in Campus Crusade? Nobody knows my name. Nobody knows my calling, my passion. No one I can count on, no one who is willing to count on me. I'm a ghost, I'm invisible.

What does this all mean, Lord?

A Thanksgiving...
Many of you know I've been on staff with SCCC since October and that we've just concluded the major project that was Metamorphisis, of which I was primarily roped in to help with. It was a fruitful and meaningful camp which saw many lives changeed for Christ. However, up til the time the conferences ended, I was still lacking in my financial support.

As SCCC is a faith organisation, it requires its members to raise their own support for minisry. All in all, I was still lacking in $950 after support comin in from my church, NP friends. I thus proceeded to pass my newsletter, which I hadn't been able to pass on to cos of Meta's busy schedule, to my close friends in church and some of the working adults. I also decided to by faith, ask one of my buddies to pass the newsletter on to his mum. Now I knew his mum to be generous, but I was anticipating perhaps 2-400 in support from his family. But God, thru His providence, prompted his family to pass me a cheque for $950 during Watchnight service and now my support is raised in full! Jehovah Jireh!
